Insurance & Fees

I accept most major insurance plans for prenatal and postpartum lactation and feeding consultations.

If your insurance is Aetna, please text me to review your options.

If your insurance is Cigna, please complete and submit this form for an insurance check with Wildflower Health. Wildflower will check your insurance plan's eligibility for lactation services at no upfront cost to you.

If your insurance is any other plan (BCBS, United, Humana, Multiplan, PNOA, etc.), please complete and submit this form for an insurance check with The Lactation Network (TLN). TLN will check your insurance plan's eligibility for lactation services at no upfront cost to you.

Once you have completed the appropriate path above, we will both receive an email response confirming or denying coverage for services.

All visits take place Virtually or at my Office inside of Bellani Maternity in Warwick, RI

Visit Fees
Prenatal Consultation $150 (60 min)
Initial Postpartum Consultation $200 (90 min)
Follow-up Postpartum/ Back-to-Work/ Bottle Refusal/ Pumping Consultations $175 (60 min)
Flange Fitting $75 (30 min)

All visits include 2 weeks of unlimited followup via secure messaging.

If you would like to extend the followup support via secure messaging after the two weeks are up, this is available for $25/ week. Why turn to Google when you can ask the professional who knows you, your baby, and your situation?!

If I am not able to see you as an insurance covered provider, a Superbill will be emailed to you after the visit is completed to be submitted to your insurance for potential reimbursement.
